Custom Products

All blinds and curtains manufactured by zluzarincrozelon are custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements. As such, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If your blinds or curtains have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of installation. We will:

Measurement Errors

If we provided the measurement service and the product does not fit correctly due to our measurement error, we will remake the product at no additional cost.

For customer-provided measurements, we cannot accept returns or offer remakes unless there is a manufacturing error in producing to the specified dimensions.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins with a 25% cancellation fee. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation fees increase as detailed in our Terms of Use.

Damaged in Transit

If products arrive damaged, please notify us immediately before installation. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Product Delivered

If we deliver the wrong product, we will collect it and deliver the correct product at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a specified period from installation.
