Zluzarincrozelon provides custom blinds and curtains manufacturing, measurement, and installation services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit is required to confirm orders. Full payment is due before or upon installation as agreed. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
We provide professional measurement services. Customers who provide their own measurements accept responsibility for accuracy. We recommend using our measurement service for best results.
All blinds and curtains are custom-manufactured to order. Production typically takes 7-10 working days. We will inform you of any delays.
Professional installation is included with made-to-measure orders. Installation dates are arranged after manufacturing is complete. Access to the property must be provided as agreed.
Cancellation fees apply as custom products cannot be resold:
We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the value of products and services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
